Questions

What MissionFit does, and what it doesn't.

Does AI write my applications?

Yes, and we say so. It writes from your profile: employers, titles, dates and figures are copied as they are, and a second read flags what your record doesn't show. You read it before you send.

Does MissionFit guarantee a CV is true?

No. MissionFit guarantees a CV is consistent with the candidate's own profile, not that the profile itself is accurate. Recruiters still check references: MissionFit shows them where each claim comes from.

What happens to my contacts?

They stay yours. We don't use them for our own prospecting and we don't share them with anyone. Only public facts about companies are shared.

Does MissionFit send applications for me?

Never. You send from your own channels: your mailbox, the ad's platform, a direct message.

Do you take a commission?

No, not on missions and not on hires, on either side. MissionFit is a subscription.

How do I get access?

MissionFit is in private beta, by invitation. Write to us to join, as a freelancer or a recruiter.
