Paste a brief into Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat: the mission is created, candidates filed, and every line of their CV links back to its source. You decide what the client sees.

Bring your work over
Your work is already somewhere. Your AI brings it over.
Open missions in Notion, a talent pool in Airtable, tracking in an Excel file, CVs in Google Drive or your inbox: your assistant reads them with its own connectors, then creates your missions and their candidates in MissionFit. Even an old spreadsheet will do.

Importing goes through your assistant: it creates missions and each one's candidates. MissionFit then helps you inform everyone you added, as the French data protection authority (CNIL) requires.

CVs you can check

Experience, dates and figures in a CV link back to the candidate's record. What the record doesn't show is flagged “No source”: you know what to dig into at the interview.

The whole cycle
A mission, its candidates, its client. In one place.
An apply link
Post the mission and share its link on LinkedIn or by message: applications land in the pipeline, already filed, with their sources.
A client dossier ready to share
The shortlist on a link in your name: the client reads the dossiers and their sources, and answers yes or no for each candidate. The PDF is there too.
Candidates bring you their missions
A freelancer invites you from their space: their opportunities with you become missions where they're already placed, and stages stay in step both ways.
Your network, clients included
Client companies, contacts, and your candidates' careers linked to the companies they worked at. You see who already knows your client.
Your AI assistant
Your AI sorts. You keep the relationship.
Brief, triage, shortlist
It creates the mission from the brief, writes the posts, adds candidates from their CVs and tells you what needs doing today on each mission.
Nothing goes out without you
Before any email to a candidate and anything the client sees, the assistant shows you a preview and waits for your go-ahead.
Claims checked by code
When the assistant sums up a candidate, every claim has to quote the CV word for word. Otherwise it's marked “No source”.

Questions
What recruiters ask.
How do I bring my missions and candidates over?
Ask your AI assistant: it reads your Notion, spreadsheet or CVs with its own connectors and creates the missions and their candidates. Rather do it together? Migration is free.
Does MissionFit guarantee a CV is true?
No. MissionFit guarantees a CV is consistent with the candidate's record, not that the record is accurate. You still check references: MissionFit shows you where each claim comes from, and what has no source.
What does my client see?
Only the dossier you share: the candidates you picked, their claims and sources. Never your pipeline, your notes or other candidates. Nothing goes out without your confirmation.
Are my candidates informed?
People who apply through your link are told when they apply. People you add yourself get, in one click from their card, the notice the CNIL requires and a page to view, correct or erase their data.
Do I need an AI assistant?
No. Everything works in the app. The assistant saves time on data entry and triage, especially at the start.
How does the trial work?
14 days, no card needed. After that your workspace turns read-only until you subscribe: nothing is lost.
